revisions and guarantee
We usually allow 3 full set of revisions in our packages.  This will be confirmed in our formal quote to you. We don't however think that you should pay for any of our mistakes and (if by chance it does happen) these errors are not included as part of your 3 set of revisions. 

timing
Once we have received your deposit, please allow around 1-2 weeks for us to complete our research, analysis and initial design work.  We will regularly keep you posted on our progress.

analysis and briefing
To help us get a really good understanding of your business and your target market, we will send you a briefing form to complete and return to us.  We will also take the opportunity to meet with you to discuss your business.

research
We have a look at your market and your competitors.  We analyse what's working and what's not and look for ways to stand out in the crowd.

what happens if you don't like the design options we present?
In the unlikely chance that this happens, as a general rule we allow 3 rounds of changes under our revisions policy, so we have an opportunity to correct this.

what is a style guide and do i need one?
A style guide is a list of guidelines for anyone who uses your logo, business card etc....  It is the bible for your visual identity.  It means that if you have placed an advertisement in a local paper, then you can confidently send your artwork and style guide to them as a template for how they should treat your logo.  It is an insurance policy covering the use of your logo.

the printer/copier guy down the road advertises that I can get 500 business cards and a logo for $200
In short, we design artwork from beginning to end.  For $200 you will have a junior designer spend a few minutes putting a simple design together without taking the time to get to know you or your business.  They will may not give you the final artwork or the copyright to the design.

we will give you the artwork
At the end of the project, we will give you the final artwork and when all payments are made you will receive full copyright and ownership.  We are happy to do this and prefer to retain our clients through good service, not by not giving them their artwork or making it difficult to leave.
