Baptcare is not-for-profit organisation providing residential and community-based aged care services, as well as youth, family and disability services.
Next Marketing was engaged on a project basis to provide support to the marketing team on a variety of projects leading up to financial year. These projects included design work, copywriting and project management of stakeholders for specific events within the aged care business.
As part of our project work, Next Marketing worked with a number of stakeholders, which included face to face and phone interviews to build trust and engagement for content, which we then curated for the Baptcare newsletter.
We are also proud that our design work maintained the integrity of this trusted brand and our designs for the Christmas in July campaign helped to re-engage the community at a residential aged care facility.
